Information Collected Through Our Website

We gather information from you at various points throughout our website. We are the sole owner of the information collected on the website and will not sell or rent this information to any third parties. We may, however, share this information with our affiliates, marketing partners, and other vendors who are contracted to conduct business on our behalf.

Cookies & Log Files. Our website automatically collects usage information, which may be analyzed statistically to identify operational issues, prevent fraud, and enhance the overall effectiveness, security, and integrity of the site. Auto Collision Group also keeps standard web logs that track data for all visitors to our websites. These logs may include:

Additionally, we may collect data directly from the vehicle itself, such as the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), vehicle system information (like diagnostic codes), and other data that helps us assess and analyze the vehicle’s performance.

Minors

We do not actively seek to collect personal information from children under the age of 18, and we do not wish to receive any such data. If you are under 18, please refrain from submitting any personal information through our website. If you believe that we may have unintentionally received personal information from someone under the age of 18, please contact us immediately.

Use & Sharing of Information

In accordance with applicable laws, we may use any information we collect from you and share it with third-party service providers, emergency contacts you provide, law enforcement, or other government agencies for the following purposes:

We may retain the information we collect until we no longer need it to provide services to you, complete transactions, communicate with you regarding our services, conduct research, assess usage, resolve issues, improve service quality, or fulfill legal and contractual obligations.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent is excluded from the data sharing.

We do not apply encryption (data scrambling) to certain sections of the site, but we do use encryption on areas where sensitive information is being transmitted, as detailed earlier.
