Auto Collision Group (“ACG”) does not sell personal information for money. If we use third-party advertising cookies or similar tools, that activity may be considered “sharing” under California law. You can opt out below. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.
How to opt out
01. One-click via your browser (GPC).
If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser and device. No form is required. Make sure GPC is enabled in your privacy settings.
02. Cookie/ads preferences on this site.
Open the Cookie Preferences panel on our site and disable advertising/remarketing cookies. This sets your opt-out on this device and browser.
03. Submit a rights request (optional).
If you want us to record your opt-out across systems, or you prefer not to use cookies/GPC, you can submit a request to opt out of sale/sharing (and you may also request access, deletion, or correction of your information). We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent (we may request proof of authorization and your verification).
